In order to ensure the effective operation of the company's food safety management system, the company controls from the following aspects:

1. Infrastructure

The design and layout are strictly in accordance with GB14881, and the process equipment, flow of people, and logistics in the processing area are reasonably distributed, and no cross-contamination will be caused.

The equipment and tools are made of corrosion-resistant, non-rusting, easy to clean and disinfect stainless steel materials.

The design of equipment and tools is smooth, durable, easy to disassemble and clean, and its installation meets the requirements of process hygiene;

Regular maintenance and calibration of instruments and equipment, and metrological verification of measuring instruments and equipment.

Regularly filter, purify and sterilize the air in the production workshop to ensure regular cleanliness in production.

2. Source control

Review and approve the quality system of all raw and auxiliary material suppliers to ensure reliable quality of raw materials from the source.

Purchasing and quality control departments conduct on-site audits of production scale, plant facilities, equipment, document systems, quality standards, inspection conditions, etc. to the supplier unit.

Review the supplier’s business license, production license, product implementation standards, quality inspection reports and related materials.

Suppliers that have passed the audit are regarded as qualified suppliers and return visits from time to time.

3. Personnel control

Food processing personnel must conduct health checks every year and obtain health certificates;

Being qualified after pre-job training, for key process operators, all of them have passed the assessment and are on duty;

All practitioners are regularly trained in national laws and regulations, such as: food safety law, national food safety standards, etc.;

4. Process control

Make HACCP plan for each product, determine key control points, and regularly monitor, verify and record;

The temperature of the food processing workshop is always controlled below 15℃, and the product temperature is controlled below 10℃. The processing time is short to ensure food safety;

Regular cleaning, disinfection control of personnel, equipment and tools during processing, and regular monitoring;

Product storage and transportation are kept in a cold chain state, and the product temperature is controlled at -18°C or below.

5. Inspection control

Sign a quality assurance commitment with the supplier, and the acceptance standards of all raw materials are higher than the national standard or the industry standard, and the non-conforming materials will be rejected.

Strengthen process inspection, inspect and supervise intermediate products according to product technical standards, and enter the next process if they meet the standards;

The internal control standards of the product enterprise are formulated for each product, and the technical standards are stricter than the national food safety standards;

6. Document control

Complete document management system is the support for the operation of the quality assurance system.

Technical standard documents include product process regulations, production methods, inspection procedures, etc., which are indispensable and strictly enforced basis for production operations and inspection operations.

Detailed records of procurement, processing, storage, inspection, sales and other links in product production. All can be complete and true to ensure that all links of the product from raw material procurement to product sales can be effectively traced.
